COCONUT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup coconut flour (do not substitute for any other kind of flour)
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips



DIRECTIONS:
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix eggs, vanilla, syrup, and oil.  Blend well.
3. Add salt and flour.  Mix until combined.  Then add in chips.
4. Drop cookie batter onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes!

So yummy!
